Tanushri, the founder of Chindi, is consulting with the United Nations Development Program [UNDP] in India on a state-wide craft project in Maharashtra. Along with the Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission [MSRLM] and the support of several donors and funders, the project aims to develop rural women's craft clusters.
As Project Co-lead, Tanushri works with a team of social workers, MSRLM employees and product designers. Our goal is to enable 2000 women by 2020 to earn sustainable livelihoods through craft.
If you are seeking producer groups of women who are experts in working with the crafts listed below, please get in touch with Tanushri at email@example.com.
